The Introduction--Recapping the 19-0 2007 Season

I'm doing this to chronicle the story of my 2008 Detroit Lions franchise on Madden NFL 2008. I did a little souping up with them; I created quarterback Jacen Kings and middle linebacker Austin Ryan. Other than that, they are the 2007 Lions. We are currently in Week 8 of the 2008 Season, on a 7 game winning streak in '08 and overall on a 23 game winning streak, including the 2007 Super Bowl.

Here is my schedule for 2007 with results:

Vs Vikings--W, 56-14.
@ Eagles--W, 52-3. *I remember that game being quite tight through the first three quarters before Kings blew it open.

@ Redskins--W, 43-29 *Another fairly tough game through three quarters

@ Bears--W, 65-47 *I was pissed they scored 47 points on me.
Vs Broncos--W, 49-27 * Another game that my defense stunk in.
@ Cardinals--W, 74-7 *I beat the tar out of the Cardinals. It was bloody.

@ Packers--W, 44-20 *I was worried that Madden might do a backflip and play crazy good. Didn't happen.

2007 Divisional Playoff
Vs Rams--W, 42-20 *The Rams played well. I picked Bulger off several times, though, and Ryan had probably 7 sacks. Kings was Kings, fantastic.

2007 Conference Championship Game
Vs Redskins--W, 42-0 *This game worried me. Washington played me tough earlier in the year. But I kicked the crap out of them.

2007 Super Bowl
Vs Colts--W, 49-21 *Peyton's tough on Madden. He's hard to deal with; however, the Colts D is pitiful and I had little trouble.
